Rum is one of the Dominican Republic's important export products. Visit the Macorix rum factory, observe the oak barrels in which the beverage is aged, and watch a video that tells the story of this iconic Caribbean liquor. Catedral San Felipe
Here we will begin our walk together through the old town of Puerto Plata. We will explore the main square, the cathedral of the city's patron saint, St. Philip, the city hall and the prettiest streets in the area - Umbrella Street and Pink Street. At the end of the tour there will be free time for individual exploration.

Paseo de Dona Blanca
Paseo de la Dona Blanca is commonly referred to as Pink Street because of its intense color. The place commemorates the oldest hotel in Puerto Plata, founded in the 19th century by an Italian woman named Dona Bianca. Recently, it's a recognized photo spot and an absolute must see in Puerto Plata :)
