The 19 astrological instruments erected by Rajput ruler Sawai Jai Singh, the founder of Rajasthan's Jaipur city, may be seen here. They are monumental instances of recognised instruments in masonry, although they often have unique qualities. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site that has the world's largest stone sundial. It's close to the City Palace and the Hawa Mahal.
