Please note that this service is only available for hotels within Kathmandu City (inside the ring road). If your hotel is outside the ring road a transfer may be possible for an extra charge.

Infants must be seated in the lap of an adult. No child seats or baby capsules are provided.
•
The guest will be picked up 3 and half hour before the departure of flight time.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
