1) Booking the Transfer
The customer makes a reservation via Viator/ Tripadvisor website or mobile app. The customer must provide the following key information: date, time of pick-up, number of passengers, amount of luggage and a pick-up location in Prague (the exact address or hotel name). In the case of a pick-up at the airport, the flight number must be provided. The customer must also provide the address of the dropp of destination in Budapest.
The system confirms availability, calculates the price, and sends a booking confirmation.
