Once the booking is confirmed, we will verify the passengers' details, flight arrival time, and the specific drop-off address; a complimentary 90-minute waiting period is included for airport pickups. The journey begins once all passengers have been picked up, taking approximately 4.5 to 5 hours in total, with a 30-minute stop included upon arrival at the Hakuba ski resort.
