Welcome ceremony and introduction to Andean community life, explaining principles such as Ayni (reciprocity), Minka (communal work), and Yanantin (complementarity).
Receive ceremonial clothing and learn its meaning:
Lliqlla (cloak): spiritual protection
Montera (hat): symbol of respect and status
Chumpi (sash): representation of sacred union
