Over the past decade, Grace Bay has taken first or second place in both competitions 19 times. The whole of Grace Bay is excellent and breathtaking, with clean turquoise water and soft white sand, and no rocks, seaweed or pollution. An extensive barrier reef is located approximately one mile offshore, protects Grace Bay from Atlantic ocean swells, which helps keep the beach water calm and safe.

Pine Cay is an 800-acre privately owned island occupied by 38 homeowners and a small exclusive resort called Pine Cay in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Pine Cay resort consists of 13 beachfront hotel rooms, a restaurant, clubhouse and bar. There is also a small spa.

Half Moon Bay is a relatively untouched beach that's about 400 feet (110 meters) wide. It is located between Little Water Cay and Water Cay, both uninhabited islands. As far as how this beach was formed, it is said to have been a sandbar that expanded over time.

This beach surrounds the upscale residential region of Leeward. As one of the top beaches on the island, general swimming conditions are excellent, and there’s plenty of perfect white sand real estate.
