First Vineyard Boutique : Wineries RE or similar. We will explore an author vineyard known for rescuing ancient methods. We will visit its impressive clay vat room and enjoy a directed tasting of its unique blends, understanding the social context of modern viticulture.

Second Premium Vineyard : Houses of the Forest or similar We will visit a second boutique winery specializing in cold weather strains. We will walk through the hillside vineyards and perform a technical tasting of their premium wines, learning why this area is so sought after internationally.

Gourmet Lunch in the Valley (Not included) We will stop at a selected restaurant (such as Tanino or Macerado) to enjoy local cuisine. Your guide will recommend the best dishes to pair with the valley wines.
