With the company of a certified instructor, you will learn about the entire transformative process of Coffee, from the raw material to the finished drink. With state-of-the-art machinery and equipment to have a high-level experience. You will be able to see the roasting process in a toaster and a GIESEN software. In passing through the laboratory, using equipment such as ATAGO Refractometers, Hygrometers, JABALITICS colorimeters, Le Nuz de Café, Everpure Filters. At the bar you will live a unique flavor experience and an extraction process with a SYNESSSO espresso machine, COMPAK and BARATZA grinders, ACAIA bar with grameras, everpure filters, FELOW jugs, among other high-quality elements.
