This private sushi and matcha experience takes place in a quiet Japanese home just outside Sapporo. In a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, you will learn how to make a beautiful Mount Fuji sushi roll using fresh, natural ingredients. Each group can choose to make either a beautiful Mount Fuji sushi roll or a flower sushi roll. Beginners are always welcome. After your booking is confirmed, please let us know whether your group would like to make the Mount Fuji roll or the Flower roll.

Create a colorful Mount Fuji sushi roll using naturally colored rice, then enjoy authentic matcha with seasonal Japanese sweets.
First, you will learn the basics by making a simple sushi roll. Next, you will create a beautiful Mount Fuji sushi roll step by step using naturally colored rice and fresh ingredients.
This experience features the Mount Fuji sushi roll. If you would prefer to make a flower sushi roll instead, please let us know after your booking is confirmed. Please note that all participants in the same booking will make the same sushi roll design.
