Natural snacks are served during the trajinera ride.
Bottled water
Round-trip transportation from Roma Norte to Xochimilco Ecological Park (1–1 hr 20 min each way, traffic dependent) and a private two-hour trajinera ride are included.
Coffee and/or Tea
Please note that alcoholic beverages are not included, as this is a wellness-focused experience.
Please note that only light snacks are provided during the trajinera ride.

Pick-up time is at 8:15 am. The drive to Xochimilco Ecological Park takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on traffic.
•
At 9:30 am we will then enjoy a two-hour private trajinera experience on the lake.
•
Around 11:45 am, we will drive back to Roma Norte, this takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on traffic conditions.
•
For safety and to maintain the integrity of the meditation experience, this experience is available for guests ages 12 and older.
•
This experience is not wheelchair accessible, as the ecological park terrain may not be suitable for wheelchairs.
•
If you are prone to motion sickness in boats or car rides, please take the necessary precautions before the experience.

Experience a private sound healing journey inside Xochimilco Ecological Park, a protected natural reserve in Mexico City.
We will board a traditional trajinera — a colorful flat-bottom wooden boat that navigates a lake, part of the historic canals. Unlike the lively party boats many visitors expect, this experience takes place in the quiet ecological reserve, offering a peaceful and immersive setting.
During our two-hour ride across the lake, you’ll be surrounded by native vegetation, ahuejote trees, aquatic plants, and chinampa farmland. The reserve is home to herons, ducks, migratory birds, and other wildlife that thrive in this ecosystem.
