With its imposing portico and large Corinthian columns, the Pantheon makes an immediate impression to visitors. After almost 2000 years from its construction, it is one of the best preserved monuments in Rome. It was built initially as a temple to worship the Roman Pagan Gods and later transformed into a Christian church during the Middle ages.

This World renowned square was built on the former stadium of emperor Domitian which dated back to 86 AD. Now it’s a charming spot to take a walk or drink a coffee in one of the traditional Roman bars on the sidewalks while admiring the beautiful Baroque architecture that surrounds the square.
