For your safety, our pilots and the aviation federation may decide to cancel your flight due to weather conditions or if the wind is too strong. We always prioritize safety. Please do not feel sorry that you cannot fly. On the contrary, you should thank us for that.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
