Without a 4x4: From the Arusha-Moshi highway, you will turn up a paved road at Kilala - look for signs for Two Mountain Lodge and Kahawa. Go to the end of the paved road, then turn right at Nkoaranga Hospital. About 50m on, you will see a sign for the Pickup point.
