Sengataki Fall
Sengataki is one of its most popular attractions. Formed by erosion across a fault line due to deformation in the Earth’s crust, the waterfall is roughly 30 meters tall and marks one end of the gorge.

Shiraito Falls
Shiraito Falls is known as the Greatest Waterfalls in Japan. Clear water is gushing out of precipices between aged Fuji volcano layers and new Fuji volcano layers. Hundreds of falls including big and small ones flow down from 20m heigh and 150m in width curved precipices. The figure itself looks like plenty of silk yarn flowing down from the precipices.

Old Karuizawa Main Street
On one side, you have the modern and sprawling Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza while on the other, the original town centre – often referred to as Old Karuizawa Ginza Street – offers a more quaint and relaxing experience. Home to many enticing restaurants, cafes and small shops, the Old Karuizawa Ginza Street is a pleasant area to stroll or cycle through. Long popular with Tokyo-ties for its cooler climate in summer and small ski resort and quaint winter atmosphere, any visit to Karuizawa should include adequate time to strolls the streets of the old town centre.
