Red Canyon
The Red Canyon in the Eilat Mountains is one of Israel’s most beautiful yet accessible hiking trails. Entrance to the park is completely free. Twenty minutes north of Eilat, this stunning geological wonder offers an undisturbed hike through the natural canyons. The Red Canyon gets its name from the phenomenon which occurs when sunlight hits the reddish rock that lines the canyon. It then glows with an intense reddish color. The rock is varied in color and in patches is shades of white and yellow.
This tour includes a 1.5-hour walk in a Red Canyon and a jeep tour in the Eilat Mountains.

Mount Yoash Observation Point
Mount Yoash near Eilat is one of the - must see observation points in the area, only a short 15-minute drive from the city on route 12, in the direction of Mizpe Ramon. At this strategic point you can look south right into Sinai and see the Gulf unfold before you. As well as the new border fence and surrounding mountains such as: the Mount Jehoshaphat, Mount Zefahot, Mount Asa, and on the opposite, the Jordanian range reaching an altitude of 1300 meters.
