Windsor Castle
Windsor Castle is the oldest continually inhabited castle and one that has never been successfully conquered. It is the place where he Queen likes to spend her weekends. Inside the imposing walls are large courtyards and from the walls you have a great view over Windsor and beyond. The real treasures are inside of course and you will see more paintings, weapons, works of art and gold leaf than you could imagine in the state and semi-state rooms. Parts of it are surprisingly cosy but their are epic banquet halls and audience chambers too.
You can also get a better look at the the Guardsmen here than at Buckingham Palace.

St. George's Chapel
Visit a chapel where The Queen worships, where Harry and Meghan were married and which is the resting place for King Henry VIII and many others. In many ways, the highlight of the castle itself.

Windsor
Enjoy some of the old streets of Windsor with the ancient buildings, regal statues, shops and pubs. A town where even the train station is a thing of beauty.
