Museo del Templo Mayor
See the ruins of the prehispanic temple, buried under the colonial city. You may choose to enter the site museum with your guide, or see it from the outside. If you see it from the outside, 20 minutes is enough

Visit the Cathedral, again either from the outside only or enter with your guide, as you prefer. Learn about how Catholicism was introduced into this area and how prehispanic gods were incorporated into the new religion.

There are also historical sites along the way: Palacio de Iturbide, Casa de los Azulejos, Palacio Postal. You may choose to visit these, or go straight to Palacio de Bellas Artes. Learn about the history and enjoy the architecture and murals by Mexico's principal muralists including Rivera, Siquieros, Orozco and Tamayo.
1 hour and 30 minutes
5
Alameda
Walk through this colonial-era park, to reach Reforma Avenue. Take a nice city bus, or if you prefer to take a taxi with your guide, to Chapultepec Park.
20 minutes

Museo Nacional de Antropologia
This world-class museum would take two days to see completely! With your guide, enter and visit two or three halls of your choice. Your guide will accompany you at all times and give you the history in a way that is easy to absorb and enjoy. If you spend less time in the museum, you can spend time in Chapultepec Park with your guide.
