In an informal and personalized format, the visit will begin with a presentation of the rural heritage of the Mas des Bories estate and the agricultural history of the Salon de Provence region. Then we will make an educational visit of the olive grove and the oil mill, explaining all the stages involved in the production of our artisanal olive oil, from the cultivation of the olive trees to the bottling.
To end on a gourmet note, a tasting of our different extra virgin olive oils will be offered to you. You will be able to taste our monovarietal oils, our flavored oils and our signature blends.
And we have a point of sale on site for your olive oil purchases.

Visiting the Mas des Bories estate is above all discovering an agricultural and unusual Provence. The 2000 olive trees of the estate extend over an exceptional terroir, surrounded by wild and mineral nature. Bories, small stone huts dating from the 19th century are scattered in the middle of the olive grove and give it its identity.
