Sirince
Şirince is a charming historic village originally settled by the Rum (Byzantine Greek) community, located on the hills above Selçuk, just 7 km from Ephesus. Following the Turkish War of Independence (1919–1922), a population exchange between Greece and Turkey was formalized, and the village became inhabited by Turkish families. Today, Şirince is renowned for its beautifully preserved traditional houses, peaceful atmosphere, and distinctive fruit-flavored wines. Visitors will have free time to explore the village and enjoy a wine-tasting experience.
