Abu Simbel Temple Complex

Once you reach there, you will know the full story of saving Abu Simbel temple which took the UNESCO 4 years from 1964 to 1968.
You will be shocked and feel how tiny you are in front of the 4 gigantic statues of king Ramses II, as they reach 21 meters each! your guide will explain you the battle of Qadish and how Ramses II won his enemies.
After that head to the second temple in Abu Simbel, the one of queen Nefertari, the most beloved of the wives of king Rmases II. Know how the became a goddess with the association of goddess Hathor. Finally have your own free time to Enjoy the 2 temples and see a huge part of lake Nasir before starting driving back again to Aswan.
