Sti Fadma, also known as Setti-Fatma , is a rural commune in the province of Al Haouz, in the Marrakech-Safi region of Morocco. It does not have an urban centre but has a village of the same name as its capital.
The rural commune of Sti Fadma is located in the Ourika caïdat, which itself lies within the circle of Tahannaout.
