Namo Buddha (Stupa)
Set off on one of Nepal's most profound spiritual journeys. This guided tour takes you to Namo Buddha, one of the three most sacred Buddhist pilgrimage sites in the Kathmandu Valley.
This is a "must-see" destination, revered as the very place where a young prince (a past life of Lord Buddha) performed the ultimate act of compassion, sacrificing himself to a starving tigress and her cubs.
Your guide will share this powerful legend as you explore the magnificent Thrangu Tashi Yangtse Monastery. Marvel at its colorful Tibetan murals, spinning prayer wheels, and the serene energy of monks in prayer.
The journey is part of the adventure! Enjoy a scenic drive from Kathmandu, passing the giant Kailashnath Mahadev (Shiva) statue and the charming Newari town of Dhulikhel. From the monastery, soak in breathtaking panoramic views of the snow-capped Himalayas. This is an unforgettable day of peace, legend, and mountain beauty.
