We are at the reception of the Campo Rosso farmhouse
We will carry out a cooking workshop together where you will learn how to make the Romagna piadina with your hands, we will explain and make some of the variations to the simple piadina, wholemeal, vegan, Rimini, Cesena, Forlì, cress or cassone, tortello alla lastra, roll. During the workshop we will talk about how and why the piadina and its tradition developed. After cooking we will taste together what is prepared in combination with typical local products and a good glass of wine.
