Your English-speaking guide will pick up you from your hotel in Guangzhou city centre (hotel pickup in Yuexiu, Haizhu, Liwan, and Tianhe district is included ). Then you will be transferred to the cooking classroom. When you arrive, our guide and chef will give you a brief introduction of Chinese cuisine and Cantonese food. You can choose three dishes that you're interested from the menu before heading to the local market with the guide to explore the food materials, where you will learn some food materials name and local eating habits. Afterwards you will prepare your food materials when getting back to classroom: washing, cutting, seasoning, etc. After everything 's ready, start to cook!...
