Immerse yourself in a private, 2-hour hands-on baking class with a passionate bread baker Madeline. In her kitchen, you’ll learn to master two delicious breads: sourdough and pretzels.

Start by exploring the stages of bread-making, from mixing, stretching, and shaping to Dutch oven baking. While your sourdough bakes to perfection, you’ll dive into the art of pretzel-making, folding dough into classic salty and cinnamon-sugar twists.
