We start at the café inside Chacras de Coria's old train station — the kind of place you wouldn't find on your own. Historic tracks right next to your table, good coffee, and the quiet pace of the neighborhood to warm up before we hop on the bikes. From there, we ride through the most scenic streets of Chacras: tree-lined roads, charming old houses, and a neighborhood with a character all its own.

We arrive at Bodega Pulmary, a small organic winery where the owners and winemakers themselves walk you through the cellar and pour you their wines, vermouth, and craft beer.

We wrap up the day at Rincón Gieco, on Almirante Brown street: sandwiches and a bottle of wine to share, sitting outside under the trees.
