Ueno Park
Main attraction is Ueno Zoo, which was opened as the first zoo in Japan in 1882. Currently, about 400 species of animals, including rare animals such as Sumatra tiger, are bred. The number of admissions is the best in Japan. There are many exhibits on the site, including the Giant Panda Building and Japanese wild birds and animals such as sika deer and Japanese serow deer, the Japanese animal section, and the forest where the gorilla tigers live.

Meiji Jingu Shrine
Meiji Shinto Shrine was dedicated to the deified spirits of Emperor Meiji and his wife, Empress Shōken. It is located in a forest that covers an area of 70 hectares (170 acres). This area is covered by an evergreen forest that consists of 120,000 trees of 365 different species, which were donated by people from all parts of Japan when the shrine was established. The forest is visited by many as a recreation and relaxation area in the center of Tokyo.

Shibuya Crossing
The Shibuya Scramble Crossing is an intersection of 10 lanes located right outside JR Shibuya Station. When the traffic light turns green, 1,000 to 2,000 people cross the intersection at once, using five pedestrian crossings. It's said to be the busiest intersection in the world and is an iconic landmark symbolizing Shibuya.

Hachiko
Take some pictures at the statue of Hachiko, the most loyal dog in Japan. It commemorates Hachi's unwavering loyalty to his owner, Professor Hidesaburo Ueno, whom he would meet at the station every day. Even after Professor Ueno's death, Hachi continued to wait for him at the station for nearly a decade.
