Estacion Maritima De Motril
The guide and the driver pick up the travelers at the departure of the cruise in the port of Motril or in their accommodations for an excursion in the Alpujarra of Granada climbing the national and natural park of Sierra Nevada to the village of trevelez at 1476 meters of Altitude.
During the journey your guide will explain the geography, fauna and flora of the Sierra Nevada natural and national park, the history and way of life of the Moors who have populated the area from the beginning of the 16th century to the beginning of the 17th. He will also talk about the current local economy and the process of producing the famous hams of Trevelez.

Trevelez
In the village of trevelez you will visit a ham dryer where you will explain the production process of the famous ham of Trevelez with a tasting of ham , charcuteries, cheeses and local wine.
