Mercado de Xochimilco
We will start in the heart of the town of Xochimilco, exploring its vibrant market. We will see native corn, taste handmade tlacoyos, visit a cheese factory and a traditional pulque bar, and buy some snacks for our trip along the canal.

Canaux de Xochimilco
Nous nous rendrons sur l'un des plus beaux quais de Xochimilco, loin des embarcadères touristiques, pour profiter de la beauté naturelle du lieu. Nous ferons une promenade en trajinera et notre guide nous expliquera l'incroyable histoire du lieu. Nous nous arrêterons sur une île flottante pour en apprendre davantage sur les chinampas, le système de culture ancestral unique développé par les Xochimilcas, et sur certaines des plantes cultivées ici. Enfin, nous visiterons une autre île flottante pour observer et apprendre des axolotls.
