Itinerary
1
6 Malostranske Namesti Building
An enchanting historic square ringed by palaces, churches and cosy cafés. Since the 12th century it has been the beating heart of Lesser Town, hosting markets and parades. Today it is one of Prague’s most photogenic spots, crowned by the dome of St Nicholas Church.
10 minutes
2
Church of Our Lady Victorious
A 17th-century Baroque church world-famous for the miraculous statue of the Infant Jesus of Prague. The figure owns hundreds of lavish outfits donated by pilgrims from across the globe. Visitors come here to whisper their deepest wishes for family and wellbeing.
15 minutes
3
Church of Our Lady Under the Chain
One of Prague’s oldest temples, founded in the 12th century by the Knights Hospitaller. Its name recalls the chain that once symbolically barred the monastery gate. Inside you will find original Gothic details and Romanesque columns.
15 minutes
4
The John Lennon Wall
A vibrant graffiti wall on Kampa Island that became a symbol of free speech and peaceful protest in the 1980s. Fresh messages and Lennon portraits appear daily, turning the wall into a living open-air gallery.
15 minutes
5
Devil's Channel
A green island in the Vltava, cut off from Lesser Town by the Čertovka canal. Known for its picturesque embankments, old mills and “Prague’s Venice” atmosphere. We will explore its hidden corners where you can make heartfelt wishes for happiness and love.
15 minutes
6
Charles Bridge
The iconic 14th-century stone bridge linking Old Town and Lesser Town. Lined with thirty statues of saints, each with its own legend. We will pause at special figures where, for centuries, people have asked for dreams to come true. Built under Charles IV, it remained Prague’s only bridge over the Vltava until the 19th century.
20 minutes
7
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
The main square of the Old Town, framed by Gothic, Baroque and Renaissance façades. Here stand the Týn Church, the Jan Hus monument and a host of street performers who create a permanent festive mood.
20 minutes
8
Old Town Hall with Astronomical Clock
A unique medieval clock on the Old Town Hall tower, crafted in the early 15th century. Every hour you can watch the procession of Apostles and allegorical figures marking the passage of life. One of the world’s most celebrated astronomical clocks.
