Learn how to make real Portuguese pastry in a wonderful patisserie in Lisbon. Your host, Filipa, is a keen baker and lover of Portuguese sweeter bites. Join her in a charming old pastry shop and learn how to make both Pastel de Nata (delicious sweet custard tarts) and Travesseiro de Sintra (almond and cream-filled puffy pastries!). Have a glass of some of the local liquor, ginja, or a glass of lovely Portuguese wine after you’ve baked and started to nibble at your pastries. Filipa is an expert on all the best Portuguese desserts so enjoy chatting to her after the class to learn more about the sweet taste of Portugal.
