We start by immersing you into the raw form of fresh farm produce trading by visiting the local market where you interact with the sellers and other customers. In the market we buy some ingredients for the meal that we prepare later. Kenya's transport system is probably one of the most interesting in Africa. This system is made popular by the 'party buses' called Matatus. Matatus are an integral part of Kenyan culture and the dominant mode of public transport in cities like Nairobi.
