You will meet in the Chef and the City professional cooking workshop and be part of the Chef's brigade, ready for a real pizza "delivery"! You will start socializing with a small welcome buffet offered by the Chef. After a few minutes, you will start cooking together, guided by the Chef or qualified cooks. Everyone will have their own station on the professional benches and you will work in groups of 4 - 5 people (as you can see from the photos) but everyone will make their own pizza.. You will learn the technique to knead the real pizza dough, which you can then take away and cook comfortably at home (it requires 8 hours of leavening, so for tasting we will use a ready-made dough).
