The tour will start at 9:00 am and will be headed to a local market where they can taste amazing fruits typical of the region and also will be able to learn about the ingredients we use to prepare our delicious ceviche and lomo saltado. After that we head the San Isidro restaurante to have the cooking lessons to be lead by an expert chef that will show you how to prepare our so famous Pisco Souer cocktail and the ceviche and lomo saltado dishes.
