Arrive at The Reform Studio in El Cabanyal and settle in with a welcome drink. Choose your class — Reformer Pilates, Barre, or Strength & Functional Training — and move through a 50-minute small-group session led by our certified, English and Spanish-speaking instructors. All levels welcome, no experience necessary. After class, relax in our healthy café with a fresh açaí bowl and a coffee or infusion. Gluten-free and vegan, made in-house. The whole experience runs approximately 90 minutes — movement, good food, and a neighbourhood worth discovering.
