Pick-Up in El Calafate If you select the pick-up option, you'll be collected directly from your accommodation in El Calafate. After gathering all participants, the group will travel to the meeting point inside Los Glaciares National Park—approximately a 1.5-hour drive. There, you'll join the rest of the travelers who chose to arrive independently.

Meeting Point at Los Glaciares National Park If you selected the option without hotel pick-up, please make your way directly to the meeting point, located in the lower parking area of the Perito Moreno Glacier. Upon arrival, your guide will be there to assist you with purchasing the park entrance ticket if needed. Once the full group is assembled, you’ll receive a safety and orientation briefing to cover the kayaking basics and ensure you’re fully prepared to enjoy the experience.

Kayaking in Front of Perito Moreno Glacier Your guide will equip you with all the necessary gear for a safe and comfortable experience, including a Gore-Tex dry suit, thermal suit, boots, gloves, and a life jacket. After a short walk to the shores of Lake Argentino, you’ll receive a detailed safety briefing and warm up with a few light exercises. Then, the adventure begins! For approximately 1.5 hours, you’ll paddle across the glacial waters of Lake Argentino, following your guide's instructions. Enjoy the unique opportunity to kayak in front of the magnificent Perito Moreno Glacier and get close to the floating icebergs that have calved from its icy walls.

Wrap-Up and Return After completing your kayaking experience, you'll paddle back to the shores of Lake Argentino. Once you've returned your equipment, you'll be offered hot drinks to warm up and enjoy a relaxing moment. Then, it’s time to say goodbye to your guide.

Perito Moreno walkways and return to El Calafate If you selected the option with pick-up, after the kayaking activity you’ll return to the meeting point inside Los Glaciares National Park. From there, you’ll head to the Perito Moreno Glacier walkways, where you'll have approximately one hour to explore and enjoy panoramic views of the glacier from different angles. Afterward, you'll be transferred back to your accommodation in El Calafate.
