Three hours that taste like a long Mediterranean afternoon. Fresh pasta, wine and tapas in the Mallorcan countryside.
Local and organic. For small groups.
First, you work with your hands. You make fresh pasta with Andrea, more than twenty years as a cook and pizzaiolo. Not a demonstration. It is the dish you eat afterwards, together.
Then you sit down. The first glass of wine, a blindfold over your eyes. Without sight, every other sense opens.
Sara, the sommelier, guides you through organic wines and a short sensory meditation. A journey of flavours and emotions, back to who you are.
At the end the blindfold comes off. And together you eat the pasta you made.
It begins with Andrea, a cook and pizzaiolo with more than twenty years behind him, shows you how fresh pasta is made: flour, eggs, hands, time. You roll, you cut, you shape your own tagliatelle. This is the pasta you will eat later, so you make it with care.
While the pasta rests, the table is set outside, among wild olive trees and a young fruit orchard.
Then the second part begins. You sit, a glass of organic wine in front of you, and a blindfold goes on. Sara, the sommelier, guides you through the wines of small Mallorcan producers, course by course, while live instrumental music plays. A short sensory meditation slows everything down. Without sight...
