Enjoy our Amazing Pasta class and learn what it is like to shop, cook and eat like a local with a market visit and hands-on cooking lesson. You will create the menu with the Chef, learn the secrets of selecting top quality produce from the market, and prepare these ingredients in a class of no more than 10\12 participants. Your lesson is followed by a 3 pasta course meal with pairing sauces! Our concept is simple, we let you and your fellow classmates’ taste and what is fresh and in season, menu determine what we’ll cook that day. The menu, therefore, is not decided in advance.
