Prepare for three hours of fun, food, and new friends in this Pasta & Tiramisu class, perfect for families, couples, small groups, and solo travellers.
After introductions, it’s tiramisu time. Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, the chef will teach you how to make one of Italy’s most famous desserts. Then, you’ll move on to making your handmade fettuccine pasta. You’ll mix, roll, and cut your dough, and prepare it for cooking before making your pasta sauce from scratch. Choose either a traditional carbonara or cacio e pepe sauce, depending on what you’re craving.
