Starting at Shakespeare & Co. we will learn the history of this iconic English-language bookstore across from Notre Dame de Paris. We will then turn our attention to this 860 year old marvel and talk about her amazing history — and the times it has almost disappeared!

We will explore the medieval streets of Paris, which are still preserved despite the destruction of so many neighborhoods in the 19th century to create the boulevards of Paris. The Cluny Museum and the Roman ruins are along the way.

Up the Mont Genevieve is the Pantheon. In this area are several sites of interest, including Emily in Paris.
