Full refund: Cancellations can only be made if requested up to 12 hours before the tour. After this period, a No Show fee (100% of the amount paid) will be charged. Refunds may be subject to a 5% administrative fee, deducted directly from the refunded amount.

We will carry out the tour even in the rain. Cancellations will only be made if the safety of our guests is at risk.
