DAY 1
We will meet at Auberge Salama, where you can safely park your car free of charge. From there, you may choose to travel to the desert camp either by camel trek or 4x4 jeep. In both cases, you will be taken to our camp located beneath the biggest dune in Erg Chebbi, Merzouga.
Upon arrival, you can climb the dune to watch a breathtaking sunset and enjoy sandboarding down the soft golden sands. Please bring only the essentials for the night—your main luggage will be transferred to the camp by jeep.
You will be welcomed with traditional mint tea and a cozy campfire. You’ll have your own private tent equipped with a mattress, sleeping bag, and blanket, or you may choose to sleep under the open stars.
In the evening, enjoy a traditional Berber dinner served under the stars around the bonfire, followed by stargazing, music, stories, and conversations with local Berbers. Experience the deep silence and magic of the Sahara Desert
