Travelers will discover the world of Lambic at Oud Beersel, a historic Lambic blendery near Brussels, in a unique and authentic setting. Guided by Oud Beersel’s own team, they will learn how Lambic, Oude Geuze and Oude Kriek are created through spontaneous fermentation, barrel ageing and the art of blending.
The goal of the experience is for every guest to leave with a memorable visit and a better understanding of Lambic culture, Belgian beer heritage and the story of Oud Beersel. After the tour, travelers can extend their visit at the Oud Beersel Bierhuis, where they can enjoy a beer and, if desired, have something to eat.
