Experience authentic Osaka home cooking in a warm, local home.
In this private, hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn how to make two of Osaka’s most beloved dishes: authentic Okonomiyaki and Omusoba.
For your Okonomiyaki, you can choose either pork or seafood as your main ingredient and cook it yourself. Then you’ll make Omusoba, a delicious dish of yakisoba with pork and vegetables wrapped in a soft, fluffy egg.
You’ll also make beautiful Fruit Daifuku, a traditional Japanese sweet made with soft mochi, sweet white bean paste, and fresh fruit.
To finish the experience, enjoy a casual matcha tea experience. I’ll demonstrate how to prepare matcha, and then you’ll make your own bowl to enj...
