Guided by Keiko, who has over 20 years of teaching experience, you’ll learn traditional cooking techniques, Japanese food culture, and the secrets of her homemade miso, aged for about 10 months. This private, hands-on cooking class includes personalized instruction, printed recipes, and photos and videos to help you recreate the experience long after your trip to Japan.

* Two Types of Ramen (Shoyu & Homemade Miso) – Make handmade ramen noodles from scratch and enjoy two authentic ramen soups. * Handmade Gyoza – Make your own dumpling wrappers from scratch, prepare the filling, and learn how to cook crispy pan-fried gyoza. * Japanese Sweets (Fruit Daifuku) – Create traditional Japanese sweets using soft mochi, sweet white bean paste, and fresh fruit. * Matcha Experience – I will demonstrate a casual Japanese tea style, then you will prepare and enjoy your own bowl of matcha. * Homemade Seasonal Juice
I will guide you step by step, so even beginners can confidently create beautiful and delicious Japanese dishes.
