You will get hands-on step-by-step instructions and you will learn both xiao long bao and dumplings cooking techniques that easily be repeated at home. I am happy to share my family recipe with you. All xiao long bao wrappers are made from scratch and half of dumplings wrappers are made from scratch. You can opt to make all dumplings from scratch too. You will also learn how to prepare the fillings and how to wrap in a traditional classic way. Before the class you will discover our traditions and culture by visiting to a local fresh food market too. Evening class we will visit a night market in Temple street for learning HK street food. Vegan is also welcome and available upon request.

Itinerary
As a founder of Feliz Yau Cooking Class started in 2018, I will share my family recipes with you step by step. All dumplings will be made with organic pork. We will go to the nearby fresh food market to buy organic pork for our class. I will show you how a local buy groceries in that market. Last we head to a cafe to prepare and cook organic Xiao Long Bao and organic boiled Dumplings. Eventually, everyone will enjoy their cooked food.
It would take around 3.5-4 hours. The time depends on individual pace and the number of guests
