Enjoy an intimate omakase experience at Chikara, a premium sushi and kaiseki restaurant in the heart of Susukino, Sapporo. Seated at the counter, you'll be served a seasonal course crafted from the finest Hokkaido ingredients — think a seasonal hot pot (nabe), fresh fish sashimi, seasonal vegetable dishes, and expertly prepared sushi, each served at the perfect moment. A 90-minute free-flow drink plan is included. Vegetarian options are available on request. Optional premium add-ons include Mitsuishi beef sirloin steak and Hokkaido hair crab. Total dining time is approximately 2 hours, for up to 8 guests.
