An interactive museum dedicated to volcanoes and volcanic landscapes, located inside a former quarry in Olot. It explores the science, history, and geology of the La Garrotxa volcanic region through immersive exhibits and multimedia experiences.

Along the way, you’ll reach the Torres de Sant Francesc and wide views over the town and its surrounding hills. Back in the center, the walk leads through the parish church of Saint Stephen, Casa Gaietà Vila, Principal Theatre, Casa Museu Can Trincheria, and Museu de la Garrotxa, revealing Olot’s artistic and religious traditions. The tour ends at Parc Nou, a green and peaceful finish that brings the story back to nature. The most memorable moments include standing on an extinct volcano in the middle of town, seeing dark volcanic stone in historic architecture, stepping into noble interiors and artist traditions, and enjoying panoramic views of Olot.
