Itinerary
Hi, I’m Katerina! Born and raised here on Naxos, and for the past five years I’ve been sharing my island through olive oil, food, and simple everyday traditions. In my brandnew workshop in the heart of Naxos Town, I host small, cozy groups for a tasting and baking experience that feels warm, relaxed, and genuinely local.
We begin with a friendly introduction to extra virgin olive oil. What makes an oil truly “extra virgin”? How do you recognise real aromas and flavors? Can we cook with it? Together we explore these questions while tasting different Naxian oils, learning easy techniques, and discovering how locals pair olive oil with herbs and food.
